Telegram has launched Telegram Stars, which are a new payment method for digital goods and services within Telegram apps. Telegram app developers can exchange Stars paid to them for TON and when they pay for ads inside of Telegram with Stars, Telegram will subsidize those ads. This is meant to serve as an economic incentive for developers to launch apps on Telegram instead of on the Apple or Google Play stores themselves, which take a substantial 30% of app sales revenues from developers.
Telegram announced the launch of Telegram Stars on Thursday, 7 June.
At that moment in the sky, Moon transited with Sun and Venus right after the New Moon, in Taurus. Venus had passed Sun just a few days previous.

Jupiter will stop and turn around to begin “retrograde motion” within degrees of where Moon passed Sun and Venus at the launch of Telegram Stars, on Wednesday 9 October. Jupiter generates expansion on Earth and so it is likely that Telegram and the TON token will benefit immensely from the decision to implement Telegram Stars.
